She needs no introduction, but Hailey Rhode Bieber is one of Gen-Z’s favorite style icons. You might know her as the glazed donut nail trendsetter, skincare entrepreneur, or friend of the Jenners; I know her as the tiny watch lover. She’s got some beauties in her collection, so let’s get straight into it.

Let’s start off strong with Bieber’s Rolex model of choice, a 31mm yellow gold Datejust (ref. 278288RBR) with a President bracelet, silver dial, diamond set bezel and diamond hour markers. This timepiece makes a feminine and bold statement and she seems to be wearing it all year round. Hailey has a thing for gold jewelry, so her watch could have been the perfect addition to a wrist stack, but it seems she prefers wearing it on its own. Next, in her collection, and probably one of the most coveted timepieces, is a Royal Oak. Now, as mentioned above, she’s not a chunky watch girl. So, the Rhode founder wears a vintage yellow gold 26mm model. Let’s call it the TTRO (Teeny Tiny Royal Oak), as Brynn Wallner does from Dimepiece.
The Royal Oak is a go-to-flex for celebrities. Hailey’s other half, Justin Bieber, bought himself a vintage Royal Oak in yellow gold (ref. 5402BA) as a wedding present back in 2019. A nice way to match his girl’s TTRO.
Sofia Richie Grainge
Moving on to the face of timeless fashion and queen of the slicked-back bun, Sofia Richie Grainge. She became THE It girl with her iconic wedding at the famous Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in April last year. She’s got the wardrobe essentials and the timepieces covered, so naturally, I need to talk about her watches.

From high profile with Scott Disick to low key with Elliot Grainge, Richie’s style has definitely changed, and we have seen it in her watch choices as well. Richie now loves timeless pieces, and a Nautilus is the perfect watch for her aesthetic. She has a 35mm Patek Philippe Nautilus (ref. 7118/1A) with a white dial and steel case, an investment-worthy piece that is able to elevate her simple but perfectly executed white T-shirt and jeans outfits. Sofia has also worn this watch for dinner dates with her beau, Elliot Grainge, making it the ultimate day-to-night watch.

Next up is a jewelry watch inspired by a snake. You guessed it, the quiet luxury queen has a Serpenti in her watch collection. Once again, Mrs. Richie Grainge has opted for a laid-back and subtle model with a stainless steel and silver dial Bulgari Serpenti Tubogas (ref. 101828). The daughter of Lionel Richie has this effortlessly cool style, which she loves glamouring up with this quartz movement watch.
Probably more popular for special occasions, Bulgari’s splurge-worthy watch has been worn by the It girl at her bridal shower in February 2023 and at a wedding reception at the Mark Hotel in New York. Now, is the Serpenti a watch or a fashion accessory? That’s your call. But for me, it serves its purpose as a timepiece.
Matilda Djerf
This girl is a trendsetter. Known for her chic yet comfortable style, Matilda is on every girl’s Pinterest board. She’s taken over the internet with her famous voluminous haircut and clothing brand, Djerf Avenue. Here are two watches I have constantly seen on her Instagram page.

What’s the chicest, most feminine watch? In my opinion, it is the Panthère watch. And that’s right, Matilda owns one and wears it all the time. She chose the small model of the Panthère de Cartier in steel (ref. WSPN0006). It would appear that this watch is Djerf’s secret weapon for uplifting her chill Scandi looks.

Although Matilda has shown her love for the smaller, daintier watches, she definitely isn’t against the chunkier ones. The Djerf Avenue owner shows us how to rock big watches with her Daytona. More specifically, she owns a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona in Oystersteel and yellow gold (ref. 126503). While I am usually not a fan of the two-tones, Matilda makes it work. Drinking a glass of white wine on a terrasse or strolling around Stockholm, her beefy watch is the perfect addition to her masculine-meets-feminine style.
